Mena is a tent city in Saudi Arabia that gets inhabited for five days each year during Haj.
According to the Haj rituals, all Hajis stay in Mena for 5 days (including trip to Arafat and Muzdalifa).
Because its a temporary, the whole city is built with tents every year to accommodate 2.5 million hajis, and dismantled after the Haj.
